So, if the drive up lines are a little longer or the online banking/mobile application seems slow, we certainly apologize. You might take that time to smile at the person behind you in line or wave at an acquaintance. You might also thank your teller. Under difficult circumstances, they continue to focus on providing high quality customer service. We are all in this together and together we will get through it.
